Cancellation Policy on Appointments:

  • Because your services are reserved for you, please adhere to our cancellation policy.
  • Any single appointment not cancelled 4 hours in advance will result in the full service charge.
  • Any multiple services or packages must be held with a credit card.  Multiple services or packages not cancelled 24 hours in advance will
    result in full service charge or gift cards voided.
  • In the event the guest is a no-show for a scheduled appointment, the full fee of the service(s) missed will be charged.
  • Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. To avoid delaying our next guests, your service will need to end on time
    regardless of when you arrived.
  • The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our technicians' scheduled
    filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and consideration for your fellow guests

GIFT Certificates: Terms & Conditions

  • The recipient by redeeming the gift certificate accepts and agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth on this certificate.
  • Reservations must be made 72 hours advance and are subject to availability.
  • The certificate must be presented at time of check-in.
  • The certificate may be supplemented by payment of cash, acceptable check or valid credit card.
  • No credit or change will be given on unused portion of certificate.
  • Not redeemable for cash or other substitutions, not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen or expired, and void if altered, photocopied, or
    reproduced.
  • Terms are void where prohibited by law.
  • Certificate will not be extended beyond the expiration date.

  • Gift certificates are not refundable.

  • For the Minors you need to fill in the consent form which is available at the spa in order for them to get the services.

Deposit Policy for Party Events:

  • We collect 50% of the services amount in advance to book a party event
  • The deposit for booking the party events is non refundable unless you cancel the party event within 24 hours of booking your party event.
